Arthur's Pass body identified

A body found in Arthur's Pass yesterday has been confirmed as that of missing deaf man Peter Bell, police said today.

The body was found about 300 metres from where Mr Bell's van was earlier located.

Police said there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the Greymouth man's death, which would be reported to the Coroner.
