Police are investigating a suspected arson attack on Cabinet minister Ruth Dyson's electorate headquarters - the fourth attack on an MP's office in six months.
But Ms Dyson has rejected any suggestion that the fire was aimed at her, saying it was a "standard arson" and not a personal attack.
The Fire Service was called to the blaze at 2am yesterday after smoke was seen coming from the property at Woolston, Christchurch.
