An arrest has been made over an alleged sex assault on a man by another man dressed as a woman in Dunedin late last month.
A 30-year-old man will appear in Dunedin District Court tomorrow morning, charged with sexual violation and assault with intent to commit sexual violation.
The incident took place near the Captain Cook Hotel, on the corner of Albany and Great King Sts, about 5.30am on June 26, the day after the All Blacks/Wales test.
Police said CCTV footage showed the the alleged offender dressed as a woman, carrying a jacket and a handbag.
