Arrest after flight lands

A 26-year-old Wellington woman was arrested by Dunedin police on Monday after alleged "aggressive and destructive" behaviour on a domestic flight.

The woman was on a Mt Cook ATR flight from Wellington to Dunedin when she was asked by airline staff to move to another seat.

Police said she refused and became aggressive and destructive.

The woman will appear in the Dunedin District Court this week.
