Police are looking for six people after an armed robbery of a security van outside a busy supermarket in South Auckland yesterday.
Two men armed with rifles and another unarmed accomplice demanded money from security officers at the New World on Roscommon Rd, in Clendon, Manukau City, about 11.30am.
They left with the cash in a stolen silver Honda Prelude, registration AT2384, heading north on Roscommon Rd. Counties Manukau Detective Senior Sergeant Jason Malcolm said the vehicle was found in nearby Clendon Park.
The trio then got into a white people-mover van which was carrying three other people.
