Police have cordoned off parts of South Dunedin after a man was seen with a gun around the intersection of Prince Albert Rd and Market St.
The Armed Offenders Squad has entered a flat near the intersection, thought to be in a two-storeyed Market St property.
A crowd has gathered, and traffic has been stopped driving through the area. Diversions are in place.
