KEY POINTS:
The Armed Offenders Squad has raided a house in the West Auckland suburb of Ranui.
AOS officers fired flash bangs into the house, before using a loud hailer to call on the occupants to come out, a witness said.
Three European males and one female were led handcuffed from the Ranui Station Road house.
An elderly person was escorted from the property by paramedics.
Police said it is too early to comment on the incident.
