Appeal for help over missing man

Police are asking for help to find a missing 73-year-old man last seen on Geraghty Rd in Pukekawa, North Waikato.

Stefan Jensen was staying with family at a rural property and was last seen yesterday at about 2.15pm. He left on foot without only basic clothing and footwear and police are concerned for his well-being and safety due to bad weather and Mr Jensen's health issues.

Mr Jensen is unfamiliar with the area.

Police will continue the search today.

Mr Jensen was wearing a navy coloured jersey with a black and grey pattern in the front turtle neck top, navy trousers and black shoes.
