Armed police responded to an incident in Dunedin today.
Police have cordoned off an address in Picardy St, in the suburb of Maryhill.
A police car is also stationed at Glenpark Avenue.
The Armed Offenders Squad attended the incident but has since left the scene.
No further details are available.
