An anonymous donor has given $150,000 to the Red Cross Indonesia earthquake appeal, almost double the contribution made by other New Zealanders, the Red Cross says.
The donation, made through an accounting firm in Christchurch, takes the total amount raised by the public to $232,000.
More than 5000 people died in the 6.3 magnitude quake last month.
