The former wife of jailed farmer Ewen Macdonald says giving evidence at his murder trial was "probably the worst thing I have ever had to do in my life".
Anna Guy will talk about the "reality" behind the idyllic relationship portrayed by Macdonald's lawyers during his murder trial. In an interview with 60 Minutes tonight, she also addresses rumours about her relationships since divorcing Macdonald, and that there may have been a sexual motive to the killing of her brother Scott.
Macdonald was acquitted of his murder after a trial in the High Court in July.
He was sentenced earlier this month to five years in prison for six unrelated charges, including burning down a home on Scott Guy's property and vandalising another property he and his wife Kylee were having built.
Anna Guy returned to her maiden name after the trial, and has already spoken of how she felt she had lived a double life and her marriage was a sham.
