He was shouting and swearing about his daughter being upset and claiming he was "going to sort it out.''
Yelling obscenities, he left and was followed downstairs by the principal and another male teacher.
Turning to face them, Green made racial comments and threats to kill the family of the alleged bully, the judge was told.
He also verbally abused the two male staff.
About two hours later, a couple of female teachers left the school and he yelled obscenities at them from beside his car across the street.
The behaviour continued when police arrived.
Green complained there had been an issue with the school for some time over his child being bullied and he was "sick of them doing nothing'' about it.
From the dock in court today Green described the police summary of facts as "over-exaggerated as usual.''
"For six months my nine-year-old daughter has been bullied at the school. Nothing was done.''
He had threatened to take the matter into his own hands and confront the bully's father.
Houghton Valley School, which has a roll of 188, is situated on the hills above Houghton Bay on Wellington's south coast.
The principal, Barry Schon, said this afternoon that he did not want to comment on the bullying allegations or the court outcome.
He also declined to talk about his school's policy regarding bullying.
Green could not be contacted.
Last November, a Helensville mother hit the headlines when she slapped one of two 14-year-old girls who had allegedly attacked her daughter.
The victim, aged 13, was waiting for a bus outside Kaipara College when she was apparently set-upon by the pair, leaving her bloodied and bruised.
She sought refuge in a nearby house and phoned her mum.
When the 34-year-old mother arrived, she allegedly pinned one of the two teenagers to the ground in front of police.
She ended up before Waitakere District Court and pleaded guilty in January to a charge of common assault.
Police offered diversion subject to her complying with a set of conditions. She is due to report back to court next Tuesday.
