Amanda Jayne Uriao (Mandy), 38, died at the CTV building, where she worked as a sales rep. for Canterbury Television.
Mandy grew up in Christchurch and attended Papanui High School.
She is survived by her husband and their two children, Samara Lee and Jayden.
