An 88-year-old Alzheimer's sufferer was missing last night from a retirement home in Onehunga. James Norby King disappeared from the Phoenix Court about 4pm. A police spokesman said Mr King would be very disoriented. He is a Pakeha, 1.57m tall, and was wearing dark trousers, sand shoes with no socks and light green coloured shirt. Mr King, who has very red eyelids, answers to "Norby". He was last seen heading away from Grey St on to Cardwell St in Onehunga. "Searches of the immediate vicinity have failed to locate him," the spokesman said. "Concerns are now held for the safety of Mr King."
