Dr Allan Alexander Sinclair, 45, was a doctor at The Clinic, which was on the fourth floor of the devastated CTV building.
Allan gained his medical degree at Manchester University, England, in 1988.
He and other staff at The Clinic played an active role in a Salvation Army programme which helped people leaving prison to reintegrate back into the community.
He was described by those who knew him as a kind, compassionate, gentle and non-judgmental man.
