AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand has acquired the SkyJump and SkyWalk attractions at Auckland's Sky Tower.
"Our expansion will help enhance Auckland's position as a worldwide destination for adrenalin-seeking tourists," said the company's founder and director Henry van Asch.
"Our new purchase means we have ten adventure and personal challenge activities across New Zealand.
"We're proud to say we now operate on Auckland's two most iconic structures, the Sky Tower and the Auckland Harbour Bridge."
The purchase by the original bungy company is conditional, with the attractions set to change hands on November 6.
