Air New Zealand says it will not appeal against a district court ruling that it misled the public in its advertising.
The airline was last month convicted on charges of breaching the Fair Trading Act, when it ran airfare prices in advertisements that didn't include extra surcharges, fees and levies.
A sentence against Air NZ is likely to be decided in the new year.
