A vote on a union plan aimed at preventing hundreds of redundancies among Air New Zealand's airline's engineering staff has been delayed.
Voting by workers at sites in Auckland and Christchurch which was to take place yesterday and today would now go ahead on Thursday and Friday next week with the outcome announced on February 20, the Engineering, Printing and Manufacturing Union said.
A hold-up in preparing the final documentation was behind the delay.
