Air NZ offers help to U2 fans

Air New Zealand is lending a sympathetic hand to inconvenienced U2 concert goers following the postponement of the group's New Zealand tour. It will allow ticket holders who have booked non-refundable fares to Auckland for the two concerts to transfer to another flight once a new concert date is announced.

It will also waive any fees for changing flights.
