Aftershocks continue to rock Fiordland in the South Island after last month's 7.8 quake.
Two quakes measuring over five on the Richter scale struck off the coast of Fiordland yesterday.
A quake measuring 5.9 on the Richter scale struck at 8.30pm and has been widely felt through-out Southland and parts of Central Otago.
The quake's epicentre was 120km west of Te Anau and had a focal depth of 5km.
The quake had been reported by over 350 people this morning on the GNS website
