The Accident Compensation Commission is once again in the spotlight following another privacy bungle.
The commission sent the private information of Auckland client Diane Hawke - which included details about her injury, compensation and complaints about ACC - to another client, the Dominion Post reported.
It then took the ACC six weeks to tell her about the error.
The information was received by a sensitive claims client at the end of March, not long after Bronwyn Pullar revealed she had received the details of 6700 other ACC clients.
Both clients were also among the 6700 whose details were sent to Ms Pullar, and Mrs Hawke said she had received another client's information in the past, Fairfax Media reported.
