Judges, lawyers and MPs have been targeted by expletive-laden letters allegedly sent by a one-man campaign against ACC.
Christopher O'Neill appeared in the Auckland District Court this week to face 68 criminal charges, including one of threatening to commit grievous bodily harm against a district court judge.
Judge Phil Gittos remanded him in custody to determine whether he was suitable for electronic monitoring.
