A 37-year-old woman extradited from Australia for her role in the 2006 abduction of a 6-year-old Hamilton boy has been sentenced to community work. Nicole Olive Rowe was sentenced yesterday in Hamilton District Court to 400 hours' work after earlier pleading guilty to one charge of abduction. She is the sixth and final person to be convicted for the abduction of the boy from Hamilton central library in August 2006. He was kept in hiding for five months.
