Today I share with you a little Valentine's Day inspiration. The most decadent, rich and bittersweet dark chocolate creme pots, made entirely out of two ingredients.
If you are dairy free, you could use coconut cream instead of cream, although this will lend a slightly different flavour and texture. The chocolate is the heart and soul in this recipe, so be sure to use the best quality you can find.
DARK CHOCOLATE CREME POTS
Serves 4
• 200 g dark chocolate (I used Whittakers Dark Ghana)
• 275 ml cream, or coconut cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Unrefined icing sugar for dusting (optional)
