5000 on climate march

An estimated crowd of 5000 marched up Queen St to Myers Park yesterday afternoon to urge the Government to act on climate change.

The event featured performances by Lucy Lawless and bands Opshop and Midnight Youth to coincide with the start of a UN conference discussing the issue.
