4.7 earthquake shakes Hawke's Bay

A magnitude 4.7 earthquake rattled the Hawke's Bay this morning.

GNS Science reported the quake struck at 4.12am, and was centred 10km south-east of Porangahau, at a depth of 25km.

The quake was felt throughout Hawke's Bay.
