KEY POINTS:
Police are investigating the theft of $45,000 worth of popular appliances such as Apple iPods, digital cameras and PlayStation 2 consoles from a store in Hastings.
The goods were stolen from Duckworths Appliances Retravision around 4.30am on Saturday.
Police want anyone being offered these goods for sale in the run-up to Christmas to contact them.
