It will be entertainment plus when the annual King of the Cliff Hanger hill climb is held on Te Wharau Road in Gladstone.
Organiser Dean Bentley of Cliff Hanger Promotions says anybody keen on roaring engines, high speed and an adrenalin buzz will get all that and more from the event on March 19 and 20.
It caters for all types of motorcycles.
"It's all about riders testing themselves and their machines against an awesome piece of road which has a mix of both tight and flowing corners ... it's an unforgettable experience."
Some 40 riders are expected to be involved in the event - a significant number of them from the Wairarapa - and they will all have six or seven runs over the two days.
Spectators will also be well catered for with some excellent vantage points being available along the route to not only watch the action but also appreciate some wonderful views of the Gladstone valley.
