A moderate 3.8 earthquake shook Taumarunui this morning.
The quake struck 25km south of Taumarunui at 8.15am and hit at a depth of 10 kilometres, GeoNet reported.
There were 84 felt reports on the site ranging from Te Awamutu to Taihape.
