Doubt's now surrounding promises of culture change at ACC in light of the salaries being paid to the corporation's staff.
ACC's annual report reveals more than 300 of its employees are paid over $100,000 a year, and ten of them are on pay bands greater than $500,000.
Labour MP Andrew Little says in a year when ACC's performance hasn't been too flash, it's not the time to be awarding big salary increases to those at the top.
"Especially when those who are actually the frontline workers, are struggling to get decent pay increases.
"The frontline workers are the ones who haven't been getting pay increases, and they're the ones who frankly cop it the most when claimants are aggrieved because the decisions that are made (are) usually further up the tree.''
