A Tauranga businesswoman yesterday pleaded guilty to fraud involving more than $1 million.
Michelle Campbell, 42, who was business manager for a car dealer, pleaded guilty to 61 charges of taking, obtaining or using a document for pecuniary advantage and five charges of theft when she appeared in the Tauranga District Court.
She was remanded to reappear for sentencing on August 16. Campbell is the wife of Tauranga police officer Constable Steve Campbell.
