This project features a large home built on a tight section in an established area of Castor Bay.
The house has been designed to take full advantage of the 180 degree sea views from the upper level.
The exterior's painted brickwork and slurry mix produce a rustic effect that compliments the traditional weatherboarding. These finishes work in well with the look of neighbouring homes.
Inside, the home is as carefully thought out as the exterior.
Interior designer Donald Grant Sunderland has endeavoured to create a practical, uncluttered enviroment that features everything from a cutting edge kitchen to under floor heating.
