Police are at an address in Dunedin after the discovery of a 18-year-old's body.
Officers were called to a property on Cumberland St at 2.45pm. St John and Fire Service also attended after the discovery of the dead man.
Police are treating the death as unexplained and are awaiting post mortem results.
