Somebody is $12.5m richer, and they just don't know it yet.
Either that, or Saturday's Lotto Powerball winner is having some fun leaving the country in suspense.
Lotto spokeswoman Jessica O'Sullivan said this morning the winning ticket, bought from Kuripuni Lotto and Post Shop in Masterton, was yet to be claimed.
The Masterton Lotto shop owner Margaret Taute told the Herald it was one of five big ones the shop has sold in the past 15 years.
The store sold one of the largest-winning tickets in history - $36.9 million - which was won by a local family in 2009, one of three to be sold within a month that year.
