1080 poison protests around the country

Protests against aerial drops of 1080 poison will be held in Auckland, Wellington, the West Coast, Golden Bay and Te Anau today.

They are organised by Poison Free New Zealand who claim that aerial drops of poisons have undesirable side effects for the environment, health and native wildlife.
