Three people have been arrested after an aggravated robbery in Palmerston North during which staff were threatened with a firearm.
The robbery happened at a Main St service station on September 20. Police were called to the scene at 8.40pm after two people entered the store with a firearm.
They allegedly threatened the staff and fled with cash. Nobody was injured but store staff were shaken, police said.
Following a scene examination and ongoing investigation, three people have now been arrested and charged in relation to the incident.
The first offender was arrested on Thursday last week. He is on bail and due to appear in court tomorrow.
