Awapuni secondhand shoppers now have the opportunity to grab a bargain at their back doorstep from the Arohanui Hospice pop-up shop.
Arohanui Hospice's sixth shop is now open at 92 College Street, next to Liquorland and the Awapuni Shopping Centre.
The shop is planned to be open for three monthsbut the hospice hopes to make it a permanent store with support from local shoppers.
Fundraiser commercial operations Robyn Naylor said there were shoes, books, toys, furniture, clothes and more new and secondhand goods for everyone.
"It is a really classy op-shop, everything is nice and clean and there is nothing that we wouldn't buy for ourselves."
The hospice relies heavily on people donating their goods to the store.
"We really appreciate all the support and donations that we receive from the community and really hope the locals get out and shop at the new store," she said.
The hospice can also help people with delivering and picking up their goods from the shop, and in return for community support the hospice is able to continue their goal of providing quality palliative care.
"From selling quality goods that are restocked daily, we are able to give quality care to our locals," Mrs Naylor said.
The store will be open 10am-4pm Monday to Friday and 10am-1pm on Saturday. Other stores are located in Roslyn and Rangitikei Street, Feilding, Levin and Otaki.
