A new study has revealed the job that is most likely to see you divorced before the age of 30.
According to an analysis of US Census Data from career website Zippia, first-line enlisted military supervisors are the most likely to end their marriages before the age of 30. That occupation has a divorce rate of 30 per cent in the US.
Workers in the field of logistics, automative service technicians and mechanicals are next in line as most likely to get divorced by 30, the same analysis shows.
Military related jobs seem to add the most stress to a relationship, with careers in military taking three out of the top 10 spots in the listing.
"Some of the most demanding professions can be hardest on marriage, either because of time spent away, persistent danger or insufficient pay," said Mark Hamrick, a senior economic analyst at Bankrate.com. "These challenges can certainly pertain to those who serve in the armed forces, making or either willing to make the ultimate sacrifice."
