Despite receiving the title of hottest woman on the planet from Maxim magazine, Kiwi model Stella Maxwell has opened up about her struggle with insecurities.
At a recent party for the publication's Hot 100 list in LA, Maxwell said she has struggled with her looks and was never the "hottest chick" at school.
"I think everybody goes through insecurities when they're younger, and everybody has to grow into their body," she told Entertainment Tonight. "We're all in the same boat, so I think it's a phase we all go through, then we grow out of it and grow into ourselves."
The 25-year-old model, who was born in Ireland and raised in New Zealand, said that while she's gained a lot more confidence since her school days, she wouldn't change her self-conscious phase for anything.
