A British woman has taken to social media to express her outrage over the local post office labelling blue birthday cards for boys and pink birthday cards for girls.
Rhian Davies, from Manchester, says it is a "pity" that the post office feel "the need to have male and female cards".
She tagged the campaign "Let Toys be Toys" which aims at promoting gender neutral toys for children, to prevent stereotyping at an early age.
Speaking to the Manchester Evening News, Jess Day, a campaigner for "Let Toys Be Toys" said restricting children's choices can limit their development.
