A New York woman has turned a tedious plane delay into a Twitter soap opera today, live-tweeting the very public break-up happening across the aisle from her as she waited for her plane to take off.
"This guy on the plane just broke up [with] his girlfriend and she's SOBBING," Twitter user Kelly Keegs tweeted, before transcribing several overheard snippets of their conversation.
Just when things seemed to be dying down there was a twist in the tale, with Keegs tweeting "What the f***? Now they're making out. I'm not kidding."
An intriguing denouement to the saga was tweeted once the plane landed, but the couple's current relationship status remains a mystery.
