From a single vineyard in Upper Moutere Nelson and already garnering a handful

3. Daniel Le Brun, Methode Traditionelle Brut NV
From Marlborough and created from classic grape varietals of chardonnay and pinot noir. Once the wine is blended it undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, after which it gains complexity by sitting on its yeast lees until disgorging and release. Aromas of crisp granny smith apples, brioche and lemon zest with primary fruit flavours and an understated yeastiness. Fine delicate mousse and lovely dry finish.
