Jonathan Rivers (Michael Keaton) has it all: his architecture practice is booming, his young wife, Anna (Chandra West), is pregnant, a sibling for their son (Nicholas Elia). He will lose it all: Anna goes missing, is found murdered. Jonathan moves from his home, family and friends to start again.
One day a mysterious scientist (Ian McNeice) brings him tapes and suggests that maybe his wife is trying to talk to him - through his TV, video, radio.
Okay, if you believe those late-night TV psychics, you might just believe the "science" behind this one. More likely you'll switch off your opportunity to reconnect with your nearest and dearest long before the DVD features, which are little more than an infomercial for Tom and Lisa Butler and their theory of EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon).
