The Good news is they're making a second series of the New Zealand music documentary Give It a Whirl. Thing is, they need more material.
The producers of the series have put out a call to anyone with film or videotape footage of local musicians from the 50s, 60s and 70s.
Producer Michael Higgins says many shows from the 60s and 70s were shot on film and ended up in landfills because music wasn't seen as being of any future use. For example, only two episodes of the music show C'mon (which ran from 1967 - 1969) were kept.
The Give It a Whirl team is also looking for privately shot film of musicians.
A similar appeal made before the first series turned up the only known footage of rock'n'roller Johnny Devlin.
