A fresh crop of spectacular fails have been doing the rounds online, and some of the images are almost unbelievable.
Proving that even the simplest tasks have room for error, the photos include a misspelled stop sign, a tee-shirt emblazoned with the wrong continent, and a TV remote that confusesleft and right.
The images, from photo sharing sites Imgur and Reddit, also include mistakes so obvious it's hard to believe how they happened in the first place, such as the park bench that was installed directly under a water feature, and the badly thought-out university sign - right outside the school of architecture and planning.
