You will need:
15ml Chambord liqueur
50ml vodka
60ml fresh pineapple juice
Raspberry or a lemon twist to garnish
Handful of ice
Method:
Pour the Chambord, vodka and pineapple juice in a shaker.
Add ice and shake like a tambourine. Strain into martini glass.
Top with a raspberry. Or a lemon twist.

50ml Peach nectar
10ml lime juice

Method:
Fill a glass with ice
Place a cup of ice and all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and stir vigorously
Remove ice from the martini glass and fill the glass with the mocktail
Garnish with a sprig off mint

30ml Grey Goose
20ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
15ml fresh lime juice
65ml chilled East Imperial Soda Water
Method
Add Grey Goose, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, fresh lime juice and cubed ice to a shaker
Shake and double strain into champagne flutes
Charge with East Imperial soda water
