The festive season is well and truly here. And with it, the tendency to overindulge in anything and everything. This year, why not try tailoring your drink with one of these three cocktails, perfect for the city girl, sun seeker or sophisticate in you.
Try a Chambord french martini if Carrie Bradshaw is your spirit woman.
You're happiest running around town catching up with friends for a drink and, if you had to choose a year to return to, it would be 1998. Relive the moments with this classic cocktail. And kitten heels, if you must.
You will need:
15ml Chambord liqueur
50ml vodka
60ml fresh pineapple juice
Raspberry or a lemon twist to garnish
Handful of ice
Method:
Pour the Chambord, vodka and pineapple juice in a shaker.
Add ice and shake like a tambourine. Strain into martini glass.
Top with a raspberry. Or a lemon twist.

You will need:
200ml Sanpellegrino Limonata
50ml Peach nectar
10ml lime juice
Handful of fresh mint leaves
Method:
Fill a glass with ice
Place a cup of ice and all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and stir vigorously
Remove ice from the martini glass and fill the glass with the mocktail
Garnish with a sprig off mint

You will need:
30ml Grey Goose
20ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
15ml fresh lime juice
65ml chilled East Imperial Soda Water
Method
Add Grey Goose, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, fresh lime juice and cubed ice to a shaker
Shake and double strain into champagne flutes
Charge with East Imperial soda water
