Otis and Sarah Frizzell are leaders in the food truck revolution, and for good reason. There's joy and authenticity in their interpretation of Mexican cuisine. They've just launched the Lucky Fiesta Kit, which is perfect for fans who want the real deal, and for newbies.
Weekend took home a 12-taco kit, which feeds three to four people - and includes marinated chicken, yoghurt, spicy guacamole, shredded red cabbage, salsa, pickle, coriander and limes. It took 10 minutes, from prep to table, and the verdict was: fast, fresh and delicious, with rich punchy flavours.
