What pop star's parents think about that 'naked' dress

The barely-there mesh dress that shocked on the American Music Awards red carpet this week was so offensive to the Albanian pop star's parents that they won't leave the house.

The somewhat unknown (till now) entertainer, Bleona Qeretui, bravely teamed the metallic dress with just silver nipple pasties, a thong, red lips and black heels.

While some were astonished by the bold fashion statement, Bleona described it as "larger than life".

"It was literally sewn on my body [starting] at 10am and it took, like, five hours," the 29-year-old told Us Magazine.

"They put the thread and everything with needles on my body, so thank God I took a shower before they came."

To the naysayers, Bleona said: "Do you think I bought that in Target? It's haute couture, baby!"

However, she did admit her parents weren't that impressed with the Shahla Dorriz gown.

"They aren't leaving their apartment. They don't even want to come out today," she told Us.

"But I'm like, 'Dude, this is good. This is good.' And they're like, 'What do you mean? You were naked yesterday!' I'm like, 'It's fine. Trust me.

"At the end of the day, it was beautiful,"
