Wanaka's mountains of movies

The Wanaka Mountain Film Festival is the place to be at Queen's Birthday weekend, June 2 to 5, if you want to see some entertaining films and vote for your favourite, listen to international speakers, watch or join the ice-sculpting competitions, or learn how to produce better stories and photos. The event also includes an adventure-gear trade show, an art exhibition, giveaways and lots of southern socialising.
