A former waitress who worked in "a fancy restaurant" in New York has spilled the beans on her celebrity customers, detailing who was the worst to serve and who was the nicest.
Julia Carolan worked as a hostess in several well-known eateries including Nobu in Downtown Manhattan, according to her LinkedIn profile. She is now a professional model.
In a video she's created for TikTok, she opened up about her brush with countless stars during her 10-month stint at the Japanese restaurant and her time at an unlisted restaurant in the TAO Group, which includes several dining hotspots such as TAO, LAVO, and Beauty & Essex.
Carolan said she came face-to-face with well-known models Gigi and Bella Hadid who she described as "so nice", giving them a 10/10 rating.
"They were super polite and friendly to staff which unfortunately is rare for celebrities."
However, not everyone was so polite, with Carolan claiming her brush with "Mrs Bieber" – Justin Bieber's 23-year-old wife Hailey – was not as successful.
"This is going to be controversial, but I've met her a handful of times and each time she was not nice," Carolan said.
"I really want to like her, but I have to give her a 3.5 out of 10. Sorry."
Next up she discussed her encounter with "billionaire" Kylie Jenner, who she claims was tight with her tip.
"She was fine but she tipped US$20 on a US$500 dinner bill. Do with that information what you will," she said of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, giving her a 2/10 rating.
Another star she waited on was YouTube star Cameron Dallas, who she described as "rude" for trying to snag a table when the restaurant was closed.
The video has proved very popular, clocking up over 6 million views since it was shared on Monday.
Viewers of the clip have flooded the video with comments, many pointing out Kylie's tip was paltry in comparison to how much she's worth.
"Kylie tipped 20 dollars and she's the 'youngest billionaire'," one said.
"That's how Kylie gonna stay a billionaire," another teased.
"$20!! I'd be embarrassed," someone else declared.
Some defended the mum-of-one, saying it was her money to spend as she wishes.
"Why's everyone coming at Kylie? It's her money she can spend it how she likes and at least she did tip. Maybe there's a reason for it only being 20," one said.
